TO ENSURE WE HAVE AMPLE TIME TO BRING YOUR FLORAL VISION TO LIFE, YOUR EVENT DATE SHOULD PREFERABLY BE ONE MONTH AWAY BEFORE SUBMITTING A FORMAL INQUIRY.

02. Inquire

WE KINDLY AS THAT YOU COMPLETE OUR 'Event Inquiry Form'.

ONCE WE'VE RECEIVED YOUR COMPLETED FORM WE WILL BE IN CONTACT SHORTLY TO ORGANIZE A CONSULTATION.

03. Consultation

DURING OUR CONSULTATION YOU WILL BE ASKED SPECIFIC QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR EVENT.

YOUR ANSWERS WILL HELP FORM A CUSTOM PROPOSAL. THE MORE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE, THE MORE ACCURATE IT WIL BE.

AFTER YOUR CONSULTATION, YOUR EVENT DATE WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD WITHIN OUR CALENDAR FOR TWO WEEKS.

04. Site Visit

IF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR VENUE IS NEEDED, WE WILL ARRANGE A SITE VISIT BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR INITIAL PROPOSAL.

05. First Proposal

EACH EVENT PROPOSAL IS INDIVIDUALLY CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR NEEDS. THEY INCLUDE A BRIEF, QUOTE, HAND-MADE MOOD BOARD, AND MOCKUP IF APPLICABLE.

YOUR PROPOSAL WILL BE SUBMITTED FOR YOUR FIRST REVIEW UP TO TWO WEEKS AFTER YOUR CONSULTATION.

NOTE: MOCKUPS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST ONLY, WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $110.00 PLUS TAXES.

06. Feedback

YOUR CUSTOM PROPOSAL HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND SUBMITTED FOR YOUR REVIEW.

NOW IS WHEN CHANGES CAN BE MADE. YOUR PROPOSAL WILL BE REVISED UNTIL YOUR FINAL APPROVAL.

NOTE: WE PROVIDE TWO REVISION ROUNDS COMPLIMENTARY. ADDITIONAL REVISION IS CHARGED $55.00 PLUS TAXES PER ROUND.

07. Final Proposal

YOUR PROPOSAL HAS BEEN REVISED AND YOUR FINAL PROPOSAL HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND SUBMITTED FOR YOUR APPROVAL.

ONCE APPROVED YOU'LL RECEIVE YOUR INVOICE AND CONTRACT TO SIGN.

08. Invoice And Contract

FULL PAYMENT OF YOUR INVOICE AND SIGNED COPY OF OUR CONTRACT IS NOW REQUIRED.

NOTE: YOUR EVENT DATE IS NOT SECURED UNTIL THIS STEP IS COMPLETED.

NOTE: ONCE YOUR INVOICE IS PAID THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER CHANGES.

09. Week Of Event

THE WEEK OF YOUR EVENT WE WILL BE IN CONTACT TO ENSURE WE HAVE ALL THE CORRECT INFORMATION AND TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.

10. Event Day

WE BRING YOUR VISION TO LIFE.

11. Post-Event

WE WILL BE IN CONTACT UP TO 2 WEEKS POST-EVENT.

WE INVITE YOU TO SHARE YOUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH LFJ AND PHOTOS FROM YOUR EVENT DAY.
