OUR DELIVERY WINDOW IS 10.00AM-5.00PM. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME.
TO ENSURE SMOOTH DELIVERY, WE WILL CONTACT THE RECIPIENT PRIOR TO ATTEMPTING DELIVERY. DELIVERY WILL NOT PROCEED UNTIL WE CONFIRM THAT THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND SOMEONE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE THE FLOWERS.
IF NO ONE ANSWERS DURING DELIVERY AND THERE IS A SAFE PLACE TO LEAVE THE FLOWERS, WE WILL DO SO AND NOTIFY THE RECIPIENT VIA TEXT OR EMAIL. HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY WEATHER, THEFT, OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
IF WE'RE UNABLE TO FIND A SAFE PLACE TO LEAVE YOUR FLOWERS DURING DELIVERY, THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO THE STUDIO. IN SUCH CASES, ANY FURTHER ATTEMPTS AT DELIVERY WILL BE AT THE CLIENT'S EXPENSE.
WE DO OUR BEST TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION, AS WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY MISINFORMATION GIVEN DURING THE ORDERING PROCESS, INCLUDING INCORRECT ADDRESSES OR PHONE NUMBERS. IF AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS IS PROVIDED AND DELIVERY IS ATTEMPTED, THE CUSTOMER WILL INCUR ANY ADDITIONAL DELIVERY FEES FOR SUBSEQUENT ATTEMPTS.

WITH THE RIGHT HANDLING, YOUR FLOWERS WILL LAST A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF PICK-UP OR DELIVERY. FLOWER LONGEVITY DEPENDS ON HOW THEY ARE CARED FOR AFTER RECEIPT.
IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF YOUR FLOWERS, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY OR PICK-UP AT HELLO@LIFJUR.COM, INCLUDING A DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE AND PHOTOS OF THE FLOWERS. IF THERE IS A VALID QUALITY CONCERN, WE WIL EXCHANGE THE ARRANGEMENT FOR A NEW ONE.

How Should I Care For My Flowers?
FOLLOW THESE 5 SIMPLE STEPS TO EXTEND THE LIFE OF YOUR FLOWERS:
01. REMOVE THE HYDRATION WRAP OR AQUA-TUBES.
02. FILL A VESSEL WITH FRESH WATER AND ADD THE FLOWER FOOD T-BAG.
03. TRIM THE STEMS ON AN ANGLE WITH SHARP SCISSORS.
04. PLACE THE FLORAL IN THE VESSEL, ENSURING ALL STEMS ARE SUBMERGED.
05. REPEAT STEPS 2-4 EVERY FEW DAYS.
